Kids From 5 to 7 Yo
Kids surf lesson are only available in July and August, from Monday to Friday.
Surf lesson are around low tide to guarantee the best and safest conditions.
Kids don’t need to know how to swim (we stay on the small white waves on the shore).
The wave garden is a specially made program for kids from 5 to 7 yo.
The objective is to have fun safely discovering ocean and riding. Too often mixed with older publics, they need more attention, specifc equipment (smaller and lighter softboard) and an appropriate pedagogy.
Kids gets a surf school diploma certifying their level at the end of the stage (only for 5 days stages).
Surf lesson lasts 1h15.
Groups are limited to 6 kids maximum per instructor and an accompanying person come to help the instructor.
Discovering the equipment : first meeting with the differents ride’s supports (surfboard and bodyboard)
Discovering the ocean : learn how to choose the good spot for surfing and swimming, to spot dangerous areas and to deal with currents.
Learning safety rules for surfing and swimming.
Learning how to control the board.
Learning how to dive under the waves and discovering bodysurfing.
Learning how to take a wave laid on the board, stand up and ride the wave.
- Surf lesson with an accredited instructor and certified by French Federation of Surfing.
- An accompanying adult who helps the instructor.
- Quality equipment (board and adapted wetsuit).
- French Federation of Surfing’s insurance.
- French Federation of Surfing’s licence.
- Acces to changing rooms, showers and lockers during the class (if warranted by sanitary condition).
- If the surf lesson can’t be done because of the weather conditions, it will be rescheduled or refunded. Lessons are not cancelled if it is raining. All cancellation must be done 48 hours before the lesson or it will be owed.
An accompanying person come to help the instructor

Kids from
8 to 11 yo
We give surf lesson in group exclusively with kids during holidays (Easter holiday, All Saint Day holiday and July-August). Outside of these periods, only kids from 8yrs old are accepted in the teenagers/adults lesson subject to surf conditions.

Kids surf lessons are for kids from 8 to 11 yo, regardless if they are beginners or intermediates.
The goal is to give more technical but still fun surf lessons.
Kids get a surf school diploma at the end of the week (only for 5 days lessons package).
Surf lesson lasts 1h30.
